This policy explains which cookies Vynex.ai sets, what each one does, and how you can control them. We use only the cookies our site needs in order to work.

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device. On each later request, the browser sends that file back, which is how a site can recognise that a series of requests came from the same visitor.
Cookies are described as first-party when set by the site you are visiting, and third-party when set by another domain — typically an advertising or analytics network. They are session cookies when they are discarded once you close your browser, and persistent when they survive until an expiry date.
Every cookie Vynex.ai sets is first-party and strictly necessary.
These are the only cookies issued by vynex.ai itself:
| Name | Purpose | Type | Expiry |
|---|---|---|---|
| vynex_session | Identifies your browsing session so the site can keep you signed in and remember state between pages. Its contents are encrypted and meaningless outside our server. | Strictly necessary | Persistent |
| XSRF-TOKEN | A security token that lets us verify a form submission genuinely came from our own site. It protects against cross-site request forgery attacks. | Strictly necessary | Session |
Neither cookie is used to profile you, build an advertising audience, or track you across other websites. Both are required for signing in and for any form on the site to work, so they cannot be switched off while you use those features.
To be explicit about what is absent, Vynex.ai does not load:
Because we run no advertising or analytics cookies, there is no tracking to opt out of and no consent banner is required for them.
Some parts of the site load resources from other providers. These do not set advertising cookies, but they do receive your IP address as a normal consequence of your browser requesting a file:
__cf_bm, to distinguish automated traffic from real visitors.fonts.googleapis.com) — serves the typeface used across the site.cdn.jsdelivr.net) — serves the icon set used in our interface. These providers are independent controllers of any data they collect through those requests, and their own policies apply.
Several tools on this site — including the image compressor and the Gemini watermark remover — run entirely inside your browser.
Files you drop into those tools are processed on your own device using your browser's built-in capabilities. They are never uploaded to our servers, never stored, and no cookie is created to track what you processed. Closing the tab discards everything.
The thumbnail and video downloaders do send the YouTube link you paste to our server, because retrieving that media cannot be done from the browser alone. We use the link only to fulfil that request and do not build a profile from it.
You can view, delete and block cookies through your browser settings:
Most browsers also offer a private or incognito mode that discards cookies when the window closes.
Please note that blocking our two strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and will cause form submissions to be rejected as a security precaution. The browser-based tools listed above will still work, because they do not depend on cookies.
Under the EU ePrivacy Directive and the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, consent is required before storing cookies that are not strictly necessary for a service the user has requested.
Every cookie we set falls within that strictly necessary exemption, which is why you are not shown a cookie consent banner. If we ever introduce analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy before doing so.
We may update this Cookie Policy if our site or the services it relies on change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
If a change introduces cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will seek your consent before setting them rather than relying on this page alone.
